The room...

So I have gotten a few requests to see a preview of the baby's room. It is a work in progress, but is getting close to being finished. It is tiny and I am amazed at how much we have squeezed into that little room. I guess you could describe it as pink and green, with ladybugs and dragon flies. We just wanted a fun space for our little girl.
The changing table/dresser...

The crib and some decorations, we're not done with this wall yet.

This is her little bookcase/dresser/organizer of all things baby. It actually has worked out so much better than we imagined it would.

This is my favorite part of the room - the green rocker/glider. I got it on way clearance after calling every Toys R Us and Babies R Us in Southern California and then driving a good distance to pick it up, but it was all worth it once I got it home and put it together.

As you can see, we are ready for her to join us here in the outside world. The room is ready, her clothes are washed, and my bag is packed for the hospital. I am due on Saturday and am really looking forward to not being pregnant anymore. Any tips... what worked for you... how do I encourage this girl to come on out?

Based on my experience with Maddie, Milloy girls do NOT come when they are supposed to. In fact, she probably would still be holed up in the womb if we hadn't forced her out. Hopefully, Francis girls are different! Get some good sleep this week and drink a few sodas before you start nursing. Those are the 2 things I miss! :) We love you & we are thinking about you; you're in our prayers!

How exciting! I don't have any secrets to getting babies to come on their own. Mine was just fine to stay past the due date. I just wanted to say congratulations! Can't wait to see pictures :)

I love the room! Sorry I couldn't make it to your babyshower. Tips? We tried a bunch of things, but I don't think they helped. At least Aleena came one day before her due date. I do recommend resting and sleeping. Everyone kept telling me that and I didn't. Now I wish I had. Good luck!

Yeah!!! I am so excited for you. The only suggestion I can give is to enjoy the hospital. It's like three days when pros take care of you. When you get home it will be great too so no worries. I was flying high like a kite from being so happy. I was induced so the drugs did all the work. Good luck. I love you

I walked and walked and walked! Also try really hard not to have a C-Section! Doctors will sometimes push it but stand strong for at least awhile! I have had 2 C-Sections and they are not fun! Good Luck! I will be thinking of you. Being a parent is the greatest!
